Vivian has been instrumental in building Accion’s business in Malaysia. Under her leadership, Malaysia has become a significant market for Accion Labs. Her determination and a strong sense of “customer first” have certainly made her the go-to person for clients as well as internal stakeholders. She has expanded Accion's presence across a diversity of industry sectors, including healthcare, retail, high-tech, etc. She enjoys taking on new challenges and oversees Accion Labs Malaysia's overall strategy, client engagement, and solution consulting, all while building and leading high-performance teams.
Vivian is responsible for Business Development, New Client Acquisitions, managing relationships with Existing clients to ensure continuous business from them, and achieving the assigned revenue targets. She has 16 years of experience in IT Software & Services to her credit.
