As Head of Delivery for Latin America, Francisco will be responsible for leading Accion's delivery strategy in LATAM, focusing on building strong customer relationships, driving employee growth and engagement, and supporting Accion Labs to make a positive impact on the IT industries of the region. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to, employee engagement, growth, motivation and coaching, assisting project delivery in an Agile delivery model, coordinating the staffing of projects with the best possible engineers, and creating and executing a growth strategy for my team that is aligned to the goals of the company.
Francisco brings a variety of experiences from his development background, and his experience leading teams across a wide range of industries and skillsets having devoted 17 years in the IT industry. He seeks to build a high functioning and resilient organization by fostering a culture where constant and honest feedback is encouraged and psychological safety is in the DNA of its teams.
