In his 23+ years of the Software Industry, Mandar has played pivotal roles steering organizations into their next growth phases. With a thorough foundation of technology, coupled with an acute understanding of Organizations' Business processes, IT landscapes, and Business needs, Mandar has played vital roles in helping organizations define, create, and execute their Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0 roadmaps.
Mandar has spent a decade in the US with Product companies leading Product development functions, half a decade with a German product & services company focusing on European market, and then in leadership roles in India. In all his roles, he has built competent leadership teams, managed Business Units, driven innovation, created IPs, established competencies and Authored Research papers (in Digital Transformation & Industry 4.0).
Mandar Holds a Masters in Computer Science from Boston University, a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from OK State University in the US and a Mech Engg. Degree from Pune University.
In his free time, he enjoys trekking, reading non-fiction and writing blogs.
