Mandar Garge is a passionate Digital Transformation leader focused on expanding Accion's footprint in Strategy Consulting and Enterprise Transformation solutions across various industry verticals.

With 27 years of experience in Enterprise IT, Product Development, and ITES, Mandar has played a pivotal role in guiding organizations through their growth phases. His deep technological foundation, combined with a keen understanding of business processes, IT landscapes, and enterprise needs, has enabled him to help organizations define, develop, and execute their transformation strategies and Industry 4.0 roadmaps.

Mandar spent a decade in the U.S. leading product development functions for technology companies, followed by five years with a German product and services firm focusing on the European market. He later took on leadership roles in India, where he built high-performing teams, managed business units, drove innovation, created intellectual property, and authored research papers on Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0.

He holds a Master’s in Computer Science from Boston University, a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Pune University.

In his free time, Mandar enjoys trekking, reading non-fiction, and writing blogs.
