Aditya is a founding member of TA Associates' India office, focusing on investments in India and other emerging markets. He co-founded TA's India office in February 2009 after relocating from TA's London office, bringing with him 13 years of investing experience. He previously served as Partner and Head of India and South-East Asia for Growth Equity at Lightspeed Venture Partners. Aditya began his career in investment banking at Lehman Brothers' Telecoms and Media Group in London.
Aditya holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School, and a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Additionally, he has a hidden talent as a dance instructor from college, showcasing his diverse interests beyond finance.
