Gurnoor is the Vice President of TA Associates and a professional investor specialising in India-based commercial services firms. Prior to joining TA as a Growth Equity Investor, she was an associate in the telecom, energy, and healthcare areas at Rothschild & Co. She began her professional journey as an Analyst for J. P. Morgan. Gurnoor received a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
