His expertise includes coordinating and implementing large IT&C projects, building and leading large IT&C teams, an in-depth and well-rounded understanding of the various business functions within an organization, and having a proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail. With over 16 years of experience as an executive in the Romanian IT industry, Mihail joined in as the Country Manager at Accion Labs Romania.
