Human Resource Specialist

We are looking for an HR Specialist to help with all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Specialist will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues. People are our most important asset, and you’ll be the one to ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives. Key Aspects of Role

• Administer employee records via Paylocity, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Organize employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
• Manage complete onboarding and conduct new hire orientation through Embark.
• Update and help create company policies as per growth of the company.
• Manage employee training assignments through Zywave.
• Coordinate immigration cases utilizing the Envoy system.
• Serve as primary contact for HR, immigration, and policy inquiries.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field is recommended.
• At least 1 year of experience in working in HR or related field.
• Have knowledge with systems such as Zywave, used for training, Paylocity, HRIS system and Embark, to run orientations.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

Salary: $70,200 CAD Annually
