Service Now - Sales Director
We are looking for an HR Specialist to help with all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Specialist will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues. Responsibilities
- Create and execute Sales strategies to grow Accion Labs ServiceNow business working independently as well as with Accion Labs Business Unit Leaders and Sales team
- Executing account strategy and sales pursuits to realize growth for Accion Labs' ServiceNow business & practice
- Establish and promote Accion Labs brand awareness and market our service offerings in the ServiceNow ecosystem and ServiceNow field sellers
- Generate leads and build pipelines through various ServiceNow partnership channels
- Engage in prospecting and lead generation using a variety of channels, including direct networking, social media, industry networking events, and referrals
- Take ownership of the overall sales pursuits from identifying and qualifying opportunities from discovery to close
- Building relationships inside of Accion Labs, ServiceNow, and strategic ecosystem partners comprised of sales leadership, territory sellers, technical presales & delivery teams as well as field marketing
- Leverage existing relationships within the ServiceNow ecosystem to expedite market penetration
Requirements
- 15+ years of matrixed enterprise IT selling experience including 5+ years ITSM/ ITOM industry experience and 3+ years sales experience at ServiceNow
- Have existing relationships within the ServiceNow ecosystem to help jumpstart both conversations and go to market
- Proven experience in technology sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated and result oriented
