Salesforce Solutions Architect

We are looking for an HR Specialist to help with all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Specialist will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues.   • Lead pre-sales activities, including participating in sales calls and developing proposals
  • Manage technical solutions, estimation, and proposal development for new opportunities within the Salesforce practice
  • Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert, adopting a consultative approach to inspire and guide customers with visionary technology solutions
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for the growth and advancement of Accion Labs’ Salesforce offerings with both new and existing clients.
  • Guide and contribute to the development and dissemination of Salesforce best practices, processes, collateral, and tools
  • Conduct initial customer engagements, aligning business requirements with Salesforce capabilities and solutions, and fostering trust with clients.
  • Lead in defining business and functional requirements, prioritizing and scoping them effectively
  • Support the delivery team to ensure the successful execution of Salesforce projects
  • Collaborate with Accion Labs teammates and practice leads to develop strategies for expanding the Salesforce practice
  • Mentor junior team members in business analysis, technical solutions, and Salesforce best practices


  • At least 10 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, including roles as a Senior Salesforce Consultant
  • In-depth technical knowledge of various Salesforce cloud solutions, supported by active Salesforce certifications
  • Significant experience with an IT services company in developing and implementing tailored Salesforce solutions for clients
  • A proven ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Experience in setting up a Center of Excellence, with a focus on technical leadership
  • Excellent communication skills, with a transparent and efficient approach
  • Must possess a growth mindset and be capable of motivating both team members and customer stakeholders
