Sathya has over 23 years of Healthcare & IT experience with primary expertise being in PBM, Payor Solutions & services.

Sathya started his career in IT development with DSQ Software focused on iSeries & Synon and went onto working in companies like EDS, IBM & CVS Health in the US. A distinct individual with diverse familiarity in the healthcare domain in areas of product sales, operations, account management and PBM migrations.

Sathya as the Healthcare Practice Head, drives the global healthcare practice for e-Zest, developing digital platform accelerators, account management, PBM migration & client services. Based in Dallas, Texas (USA), Sathya is the customer’s trusted business advisor. With an impeccable track record of working in health plans, employer plans and a broad enterprise-wide view of the US government healthcare programs he has very unique strategies and processes for excellence in business delivery models of cross-organizational ownership and accountability.

Leaving behind his busy schedule Sathya likes to play golf and is a strong advocate of a sustainable lifestyle.

Dhiraj is a financial industry veteran with over 21 years of expertise in financial sectors, including Investment Strategy, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, and Private Equity. He has a rich experience in growth strategy, cost optimisation, digital transformation, sales acceleration, and new business building. Previously, he spent over 16 years in the Private Equity Business.

Dhiraj joined TA in 2010 as Managing Director and Country Head and offers advice on marquee investments in business services, technology, healthcare, and financial services companies. He currently heads their Indian operations, focusing on investments in Indian companies and other emerging markets.

Prior to joining TA, Dhiraj held positions at Standard Chartered Private Equity, Infosys BPO Ltd., and ICICI Securities Ltd. He received his MBA degree from IIM Ahmedabad.
