He has hired IT talent from most countries around the world, including but not limITed to Canada, the USA, Mexico, India, the UK, Europe, and Australia.

Lee is a hands-on leader who empowers his teams to succeed in a working environment that encourages creativITy and innovation. All the companies he has worked for, such as iGATE Canada, APAR Infotech, and NESS, have grown exponentially under his leadership.

Lee believes in the power of networking and that all business relationships need to be in a win-win sITuation in order for those partnerships to flourish. He received his BS Degree in Information Technology from the UniversITy of Toronto.

Mihaela has over 26 years of HR experience, working in IT&C, Consulting, and Financial Services industries, wITh 9 years as Finance and HR Manager in Compaq Computer, 10 years of Country Leading roles for Executive Search and HR Consulting organizations like Stanton Chase International and Spengler Fox International. She holds numerous professional certifications in leading HR international profiling tools: Saville Wave, Hogan International, Belbin team profiler, Thomas International, Consulting Tools-Facet5, and A&DC competency-based assessment methodology.

Mihaela is an NLP PractITioner Coach wITh the Austrian Training Center for NLP & NLPt in Vienna. She is also a Certified Global Career FacilITator wITh the US National Board of Career Counselors and a European Union Certified Trainer. She has a BA Degree in Commerce, from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and is a graduate of the Business Consultant program at Washington State UniversITy in the USA and the Academy of Economic Studies in Romania.

As Head of Delivery for Latin America, Francisco will be responsible for leading Accion's delivery strategy in LATAM, focusing on building strong customer relationships, driving employee growth and engagement, and supporting Accion Labs to make a posITive impact on the IT industries of the region. His responsibilITies include, but are not limITed to, employee engagement, growth, motivation and coaching, assisting project delivery in an Agile delivery model, coordinating the staffing of projects wITh the best possible engineers, and creating and executing a growth strategy for my team that is aligned to the goals of the company.

Francisco brings a variety of experiences from his development background, and his experience leading teams across a wide range of industries and skillsets having devoted 16 years in the IT industry. After having started his career with National Stock Exchange, India, Jaywant then moved into it consulting after joining Wipro Technologies. A visionary with a distinct clarity of mind, he decided to gather much experience as he chose to work in the UK for 10 years as an Architect and a Design Authority for various organizations such as Friends Provident, Legal and General, Barclaycard, and National Grid.

Jaywant, as Chief Operating Officer of e-Zest, drives and oversees the continuous renewal of key innovations, processes, and systems across the company in client relationship management, delivery excellence, quality, talent management, and leadership development.

Jaywant has an outstanding track record in leading, developing, and delivering large and strategic it outsourcing services across application and infrastructure. He has demonstrated strong leadership in driving transformational initiatives across multiple industries and establishing successful businesses where he had end-to-end accountability.

Zealous about technology and harnessing it for competitive advantage and enterprise, Jaywant with a distinctive technical bent of mind has a keen interest in software design and enterprise architecture.
