After having started his career with National Stock Exchange, India, Jaywant then moved into IT consulting after joining Wipro Technologies. A visionary with a distinct clarity of mind, he decided to gather much experience as he chose to work in the UK for 10 years as an Architect and a Design Authority for various organizations such as Friends Provident, Legal and General, Barclaycard, and National Grid.

Jaywant, as Chief Operating Officer of e-Zest, drives and oversees the continuous renewal of key innovations, processes, and systems across the company in client relationship management, delivery excellence, quality, talent management, and leadership development.

Jaywant has an outstanding track record in leading, developing, and delivering large and strategic IT outsourcing services across application and infrastructure. He has demonstrated strong leadership in driving transformational initiatives across multiple industries and establishing successful businesses where he had end-to-end accountability.

Zealous about technology and harnessing it for competitive advantage and enterprise, Jaywant with a distinctive technical bent of mind has a keen interest in software design and enterprise architecture.

Apart from his busy schedule, he loves to play Chess and Tennis.

Satyajit is a result-oriented leader with deep experience in R&D, Product Engineering Lifecycle, and IT services. He possesses the capacity to create and expand sizable, creative, international IT organizations with the highest levels of client satisfaction and profitability.

Prior to joining Accion, Satyajit held leadership positions at Edkal, Ness Digital Engineering, HP-Verifone, Wipro, iGate, and Tata Steel. He was instrumental in the establishment of multiple innovation labs and EDCs for enterprise and ISV customers in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Eastern Europe.

Satyajit has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering to his name.

Dr. Prasad has over 25 years of broad and progressive experience in HR. She is a highly collaborative and inclusive leader with a passion for building high-performing structures and leading transformational programs. She has worked in large corporations like Infosys and Tech Mahindra in HR leadership roles. Prior to joining Accion, she was at Tech Mahindra, where she was Global Head HR for Network Services and Region Head for Americas.

Dr. Prasad has a Ph.D. in Psychology, specializing in Organizational Behavior. She has excellent program management, analytical, ideation, and interpersonal skills, coupled with a track record of successfully managing and driving change in a growth-oriented global organization. She also Pays It Forward as a Board Member of non-profit organizations. Currently, she is on the board of ScholarShot, which helps at-risk students exit poverty by completing career-ready vocational, associate, or bachelor degrees. Prior to ScholarShot, she served on the board of Wings for Growth, which helps women achieve their leadership potential through rigorous training and mentoring.

Mihaela is an NLP Practitioner Coach with the Austrian Training Center for NLP & NLPt in Vienna. She is also a Certified Global Career Facilitator with the US National Board of Career Counselors and a European Union Certified Trainer. She has a BA Degree in Commerce, from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and is a graduate of the Business Consultant program at Washington State University in the USA and the Academy of Economic Studies in Romania.

Prasad is currently a Partner at True North and is involved in building and managing businesses, primarily in the technology sector. Previously, he worked with Infosys, holding many senior positions, including Head of Americas and Global Head of Strategic Sales, Marketing, and Alliances. He was also the President and Global Head of Applications and Digital Business at Dell Services from 2014 to 2017.
Prasad is a mechanical engineering graduate from UVCE, Bangalore, and holds an MBA from IIM Bangalore.

Dhiraj is a financial industry veteran with over 21 years of expertise in financial sectors, including Investment Strategy, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, and Private Equity. He has a rich experience in growth strategy, cost optimisation, digital transformation, sales acceleration, and new business building. Previously, he spent over 16 years in the Private Equity Business.

Dhiraj joined TA in 2010 as Managing Director and Country Head and offers advice on marquee investments in business services, technology, healthcare, and financial services companies. He currently heads their Indian operations, focusing on investments in Indian companies and other emerging markets.

Prior to joining TA, Dhiraj held positions at Standard Chartered Private Equity, Infosys BPO Ltd., and ICICI Securities Ltd. He received his MBA degree from IIM Ahmedabad.

Shyam brings to Accion a rich experience of about 26 years, delivering value to a wide range of customers across diverse verticals. He has led IT Services Practices with responsibilities for Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Delivery Management. He has been instrumental in sales, solutions, and delivery within all the areas of technology, including Cloud Migration, Internet of Things (IoT), Mobility, and Web Development resulting in multimillion-dollar revenue.

Shyam is able to partner with the senior business leadership of high-profile clients, crafting solutions that deliver business results. Driving outcome-focused teams with amazing perseverance, he is able to meet challenging goals and add unique delivery value to customers. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from VJTI, Mumbai.
