Satish Chavan

Satish heads e-Zest US operations and has been with e-Zest since 2003. He leads our business development efforts and is instrumental in developing our customer relationships in North America.

Having played a pivotal role in conceptualization and development of multiple products and enterprise solutions for start-up & ISV customers, he brings with him a great understanding of product development & start-up ecosystem. His extensive knowledge and in-depth understanding of the nuances of product co-development enable e-Zest customers to successfully leverage its services.

Satish is a certified SCRUM Master and an avid agile practitioner. He has been instrumental in establishing the agile delivery model for distributed development based on transparency, highly disciplined agile and software engineering best practices.

Satish’s core area of interest lies in Digital Transformation, Business Strategy, Organization Development and mentoring technology startups.

He is a Graduate in Computer Science and has also pursued his Post Graduation in Management.

He spends his leisure time contributing to community causes and reading business & technology news. He enjoys writing blogs, driving and loves spending his free time with his family.

Amirthalingam Subramanian

Subra is the Director and CEO of the i2s group of companies, with offices in Asia Pacific and the Middle East, focusing on IBM and other emerging technologies. Prior to that, he held a leadership position at Tony Harris Business Solutions.

Subra has more than 36 years of experience in Delivery, Operations and Sales, including 22 years operating from Singapore. He has been instrumental in growing the company from day one and has been recognized by IBM as their premier partner in ASEAN countries and the UAE. i2s has close to 200 team members.

Subra has been responsible for identifying clients and expanding operations in new territories, including Africa.

Vaibhav Nadgauda

Managing Partner at Moneta Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm investing in innovative technology companies. Vaibhav is currently CEO of AppOrchid, a Moneta portfolio company. He also serves on the board at PayForward and Parrable.

Prior to joining Moneta, Vaibhav led the SAP Business Unit at KPIT as President, managing a global portfolio of over $100M in revenue. He was co-founder and partner at Sparta Consulting, where he served as Executive Vice President and played a key role in growing the company to $100M+ in five years.

He was Vice President of Corporate Development and Global Delivery at Fujitsu Consulting, a Fortune Global 500 company. Vaibhav holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electronics and a Master’s Degree in Computer Management, both from the University of Pune.

Anuj Kanish

Anuj is a tech entrepreneur and a writer and speaker on personal growth. He is the Founder & CEO of Clapself, a media-technology startup company, and also sits on the boards of several tech companies.

Earlier, Kanish co-founded and led multiple ventures offering innovative software solutions, including a patented technology that was acquired by Google. His last venture offered a patent-pending software testing automation solution that was acquired by a software services company in 2016. Recently, he published his debut book, You Are The Source.

Anuj obtained his MS in Management of Information Systems from The University of Texas at Arlington - College of Business, and his BS in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.

Nitin Agarwal

Nitin has many years of hands-on execution and leadership experience. He is a Microsoft expert with a strong priority on the Azure platform and transformation best practices. Currently, he leads the strategy and execution of Motifworks, an Accion Group company focused on cloud transformation.
