Subra is the Director and CEO of the i2s group of companies, with offices in Asia Pacific and the Middle East, focusing on IBM and other emerging technologies. Prior to that, he held a leadership position at Tony Harris Business Solutions.

Subra has more than 36 years of experience in Delivery, operations and Sales, including 22 years operating from Singapore. He has been instrumental in growing the company from day one and has been recognized by IBM as their premier partner in ASEAN countries and the UAE. i2s has close to 200 team members.

Subra has been responsible for identifying clients and expanding operations in new territories, including Africa.

Ramesh heads India operations for projects and CDL-based services at Accion Labs. In addition, Ramesh also leads the mobility business for Accion Labs. He has over 16+ years of experience in IT and has worked with multinational clients, building strong professional relationships with industry leaders, mentoring and grooming a highly technical team, identifying creative business models, and implementing various business strategies.

Ramesh has a great mix of technical and business skills. He has strong leadership and managerial experience – having managed highly Technical Architects, Web Designers, and System Administrators. He has won many awards for performance excellence and innovation in his career.

Ramesh holds an Executive Management Certificate from IIM-K, Masters Degree in Computer Applications, Bachelors in Mathematics, and is a Sun Certified Enterprise Architect.

Nitin has many years of hands-on execution and leadership experience. He is a Microsoft expert with a strong priority on the Azure platform and transformation best practices. Currently, he leads the strategy and execution of Motifworks, an Accion Group company focused on cloud transformation.

Jaywant has 25+ years of IT experience. In his present role, he primarily manages e-Zest Delivery Operations & Innovations.

After having started his career with National Stock Exchange, India, Jaywant then moved into IT consulting after joining Wipro Technologies. A visionary with a distinct clarity of mind, he decided to gather much experience as he chose to work in the UK for 10 years as an Architect and a Design Authority for various organizations such as Friends Provident, Legal and General, Barclaycard, and National Grid.

Jaywant, as Chief Operating Officer of e-Zest, drives and oversees the continuous renewal of key innovations, processes, and systems across the company in client relationship management, delivery excellence, quality, talent management, and leadership development.

Jaywant has an outstanding track record in leading, developing, and delivering large and strategic IT outsourcing services across application and infrastructure. He has demonstrated strong leadership in driving transformational initiatives across multiple industries and establishing successful businesses where he had end-to-end accountability.

Zealous about technology and harnessing it for competitive advantage and enterprise, Jaywant with a distinctive technical bent of mind has a keen interest in software design and enterprise architecture.

Apart from his busy schedule, he loves to play Chess and Tennis.

Pranav is a visionary behind a company's sales operations and strategies and heads the sales organization at Serviceberry. With diverse experience spanning across the US, UK, and India, Pranav is responsible for business and revenue realization.

Pranav is a hands-on individual with an analytical mindset. He is a motivated self-starter obsessed with solving client problems and who thrives on the scrappiness and ambiguity that come with rapidly scaling a fast-growing technology services company. Prior to joining Serviceberry, he held positions at Capgemini, ASG, ILANTUS Technologies, and Oracle.

Pranav received his MBA degree in IT & Marketing and his BE in Electricals from Mumbai University.

16 years of rich experience in Quality Engineering & Assurance within Insurance and Banking domains across India, USA and Canada. Currently leading North American Sales and Canadian Branch QE Portfolio and accountable for entire QE delivery and Transformation. Played QA Program Manager and Test Manager roles over the last 5 years and leading a team of 40+ members in strategic projects and complex programs

Vast experience in leading and implementing Enterprise testing transformation (Delivery, Process and Operational) through different KPIs and measuring in different maturity levels towards Best in Class (BIC). Experience in Resource planning, Capacity planning and utilization, Risk and impact tracking and effective communication to the stakeholders

Spearheaded multiple successful Agile Transformations and worked as an Agile Champion. Hands-on experience in Estimation, Requirement analysis, Shift-Left, Test Design, Test execution, Defect tracking, Daily Defect triage, Test Status Summary Reports Strong working experience in Waterfall, Agile and Scrum methodologies. Working experience in JIRA Consulting, JIRA Integration with Test management tools (ALM, TFS), JIRA configuration changes and SWOT analysis.

Siddharth has over 12+ years’ experience in IT Operations and Service Management domain with hands-on experience in ITSM and ITOM products of ServiceNow and Microfocus (HPE). Siddharth started as a developer and later moved into the global solutions and pre-sales team. Is passionate working with customers to provide end-to-end solutions around IT-ops technology tailored to their need. Has good knowledge of JavaScript and Kubernetes.
