Accion Labs Acquires Goa-Based Parinati Solutions
We are delighted to share news that Accion Labs has acquired Parinati Solutions, a leading provider of product development services, operating out of the beautiful city of Goa, India. Thus, besides offering services from Bangalore, Mumbai, Singapore, and Malaysia, the Goa facility will further strengthen Accion’s delivery capabilities in PDLC services.
Dwaip Chowdhury (DC)
Dwaip Chowdhury is a passionate Enterprise Architect/Engineer devoted in architecting Enterprise wide distributed cloud first products, Big Data inspired solutions while enabling others to perform their roles more effectively. At Accion Labs, he oversees the design and architecture of a number of client projects, focuses on digital transformation technologies such as ML, AI etc.
Dwaip has designed and built horizontally scalable products based on microservices architecture and polyglot persistence with AWS, Docker platform, and DBAS; distributed RESTful API services; large Big Data solutions; and web-based front-ends with Angular 6.0. He earned his BE Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata.
Ramesh Narasimhan
Ramesh heads India operations for projects and CDL-based services at Accion Labs. In addition, Ramesh also leads the mobility business for Accion Labs. He has over 16+ years of experience in IT and has worked with multinational clients, building strong professional relationships with industry leaders, mentoring and grooming a highly technical team, identifying creative business models, and implementing various business strategies.
Ramesh has a great mix of technical and business skills. He has strong leadership and managerial experience – having managed highly Technical Architects, Web Designers, and System Administrators. He has won many awards for performance excellence and innovation in his career.
Ramesh holds an Executive Management Certificate from IIM-K, Masters Degree in Computer Applications, Bachelors in Mathematics, and is a Sun Certified Enterprise Architect.
Ujwal Yelmareddy
Ujwal has spent a lot of years in the banking industry as a software technologist employee. “I have stumbled upon the Accion Labs leadership team in one of my meetings and made a transition as a Technology Consultant which opened up a completely new perspective of my career with opportunities to meet and work on solutions with very smart people.”
Santosh Saboo
Santosh is a result-driven and customer oriented IT executive with a proven record in managing IT projects and client engagements. He is in charge of key client relationships and is currently a client partner at Accion Labs, assisting clients with the execution and delivery of their technology initiatives.
Santosh specializes in the execution and delivery of IT projects and solutions in the areas of Cloud Migration, Databases, IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Infrastructure Managed Services, Application Support, Open Source Implementations and other IT Infrastructure. He brings more than 21 years of experience and is passionate about delivering high value solutions.
Santosh holds a Bachelor’s Degree and MBA in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh. He is also PMP and ITIL certified.

Tony Kernan
Tony has over 21 years of IT sales and client management experience. He has an exceptional understanding of the factors governing a successful client-supplier relationship and world-class experience building outcome-oriented client engagement models. At Accion Labs, he leads the company's global Business Development and Engagement strategies, helping clients develop innovative IT solutions in emerging tech space including AI, ML, Cloud, Big Data, BI/DW, Open Source, Web 2.0, Mobility and Social Media.
Tony’s vision is to help Product and Tech Entrepreneurs anywhere and everywhere along the Product Development Life Cycle through innovative adoption of Digital Transformation, Machine Learning, and Automation best practices. He is a graduate of Duquesne University, a lifelong resident of Pittsburgh, and has been active in coaching, mentoring, and teaching throughout his career.
Anand Raja
As the Founding Partner of the Executive Leadership Team at Accion Labs, Anand has been responsible for building several key Global Geo’s, Enterprise Accounts, improving overall EBITDA, Service Lines, Value Management, and more. He has about 21 years of experience in Sales and Operation roles and runs the Data Solutions Business focused on Big Data and other emerging technologies.
In addition, Anand is focused on growth on key strategic accounts and has been instrumental in growing global relations and EDCs from inception to close to 300 member teams. He has been responsible for handling global accounts, several of which are Fortune 50 companies like GE, HP, Agilent, and others.
Anand has had the exceptional distinction of building a client relationship in Singapore or Malaysia, progressing to the US (California), to Europe (Germany), and supporting all the mission-critical applications with globally distributed teams. He holds a BE Degree in Electronics from Savitribai Phule Pune University.

It's great to see you in person! That was the expression that filled the buzzing hallways of The Westin in Goa, India - the venue for Accion Innovation Summit 2022. During the two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, the work-from-home experience was a realization that human interaction is vital for innovation. The summit had 250+ attendees from 10+ cities and 6 countries eager to learn something new, meet colleagues and leaders, and enjoy the white sand beaches of Goa.
The last two years have been exciting for Accion Labs as we have grown multifold in our talent force and skills matrix across geographies. The velocity of technology change has kept architects and developers busy learning new tools, adopting best practices, and implementing new ideas for our customers. The summit over 3 days had 70 speakers, 25 technical sessions, and 10 live demo stations to take us through emerging trends, industry best practices, architecture, and code walkthroughs.
The key topics that were covered included Metaverse, Artificial Computational Intelligence & Machine Learning, Architecture Governance, Experience Design, Low Code Platforms, Microservices, Site Reliability Engineering, Micro-Frontends, Mindmaps, Test Automation, Accessibility Best Practices, Conversational Interfaces, Digital Experience Platforms, Computer Vision and more. In addition, latest feature updates were shared on Accion accelerators Breeze-the digital transformation platform and Nexial-the test automation platform.

Mikunj heads the Healthcare and IoT Practices at Accion Labs and is focused on emerging technologies, and innovation engineering. He is a Innovation Engineering Thought Leader with experience in scaling Business Development and Sales. Furthermore, he is also experienced in building global and multi-cultural teams.
Prior to joining Accion, Mikunj held leadership roles at iolytics, Indus Ventures Angel Network, HealthEdge, and more. He received his MBA in Business Administration and Management and MS in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
