Technology innovation brings value when it has an impact on human life. The interface between technology and humans is therefore a primary factor in the success of any digital product. The Human-Computer Interaction Center of Excellence focuses on this aspect of product engineering. This includes understanding and mapping the capabilities of products to users' explicit and implicit needs, and then building the language, layout, interface elements, and overall design of these interfaces for digital products to generate significant value for the organization.
This CoE is a multidisciplinary hub of team members which consists of UI/UX designers, visual designers, front-end developers, and backend developers with the mandate of ‘experience transformation’ using emerging technologies.
