She is a highly collaborative and inclusive leader with a passion for building high-performing structures and leading transformational programs. She has worked in large corporations like Infosys and Tech Mahindra in HR leadership roles. Prior to joining Accion, she was at Tech Mahindra, where she was Global Head HR for Network Services and Region Head for Americas.

Dr. Prasad has a Ph.D. in Psychology, specializing in organizational Behavior. She has excellent program management, analytical, ideation, and interpersonal skills, coupled with a track record of successfully managing and driving change in a growth-oriented global organization. She also Pays It Forward as a Board Member of non-profit organizations. Currently, she is on the board of ScholarShot, which helps at-risk students exit poverty by completing career-ready vocational, associate, or bachelor degrees. Prior to ScholarShot, she served on the board of Wings for Growth, which helps women achieve their leadership potential through rigorous training and mentoring.

Pranav is a visionary behind a company's sales operations and strategies and heads the sales organization at Serviceberry. With diverse experience spanning across the US, UK, and India, Pranav is responsible for business and revenue realization.

Pranav is a hands-on individual with an analytical mindset. He is a motivated self-starter obsessed with solving client problems and who thrives on the scrappiness and ambiguity that come with rapidly scaling a fast-growing technology services company. Prior to joining Serviceberry, he held positions at Capgemini, ASG, ILANTUS Technologies, and Oracle.

Pranav received his MBA degree in IT & Marketing and his BE in Electricals from Mumbai University.

Jaywant has 25+ years of IT experience. In his present role, he primarily manages e-Zest Delivery Operations & Innovations.

After having started his career with National Stock Exchange, India, Jaywant then moved into IT consulting after joining Wipro Technologies. A visionary with a distinct clarity of mind, he decided to gather much experience as he chose to work in the UK for 10 years as an Architect and a Design Authority for various organizations such as Friends Provident, Legal and General, Barclaycard, and National Grid.

Jaywant, as Chief Operating Officer of e-Zest, drives and oversees the continuous renewal of key innovations, processes, and systems across the company in client relationship management, delivery excellence, quality, talent management, and leadership development.

Jaywant has an outstanding track record in leading, developing, and delivering large and strategic IT outsourcing services across application and infrastructure. He has demonstrated strong leadership in driving transformational initiatives across multiple industries and establishing successful businesses where he had end-to-end accountability.

Zealous about technology and harnessing it for competitive advantage and enterprise, Jaywant with a distinctive technical bent of mind has a keen interest in software design and enterprise architecture.

Satyajit is a result-oriented leader with deep experience in R&D, Product Engineering Lifecycle, and IT services. He possesses the capacity to create and expand sizable, creative, international IT organizations with the highest levels of client satisfaction and profitability.

Prior to joining Accion, Satyajit held leadership positions at Edkal, Ness Digital Engineering, HP-Verifone, Wipro, iGate, and Tata Steel. He was instrumental in the establishment of multiple innovation labs and EDCs for enterprise and ISV customers in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Eastern Europe.

Satyajit has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering to his name.
