Amy is responsible for HR and Operations activities within the US organization. Amy has 10+ years of experience in operations management, primarily in the hospitality industry. Amy has a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and is pursuing her Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Employee Relations at Penn State University.
Applying the best practices she learnt in her hospitality business, she strives to offer “A+ experience” to all our US employees and consultants. She has been instrumental in creating an on-boarding process, implementing Accion’s HRMS system, building a comprehensive new employee induction program, etc.
VP – Delivery
Gopal has 14+ years of technology experience in the IT industry primarily in Delivery Management, Operations Management, Presales Activities, Process Engineering Group, Solution Architecture, Client Engagement Management. Currently Gopal heads several CDCs (Collaborative Delivery Centers) and projects within Accion’s solutions/delivery team. Gopal brings in experience of working with several leading organizations such as iGATE Patni, Persistence Systems, Hexaware and Lionbridge. He has worked with clients such as GE, Guardian Life Insurance company, AirPatrol Corporation and Genworth.
Jane has 11+ years of experience in managing a team of software architects, developers and quality analysts in the Web 2.0 and big data team. Jane is actively involved in product development and designing, analyzing root cause of failures and evolved breakdown solutions within minimum turnaround time and coordinating with system developers to ensure application performance. She has handled end to end deliveries of projects and solutions as well as entire product development life cycle. Jane is skilled in different technologies including various NoSQL data models, Relational Databases, Advanced Text Search, Analytics, UI development and Web Applications.
Mukund has 25+ years of hands-on diversified consulting experience having ability to contribute to any environment at strategic and tactical Levels. Currently responsible for mobility practice and oracle BI programs solution delivery having strong functional experience and hands on with Agile Scrum, TDD methodologies. Mukund has managed key accounts in Mobility space, Social, Web based technologies, Open source technologies, RIM 24×7 (Remote Infrastructure Management), SAP ERP, Telecom Billing Solutions, SCM ERP and in the Operations side Export & Import, Corporate Planning and Strategic Sourcing. Prior to this as Solution Delivery Head, Project Managed SAP Global Template Roll Out for Greenfields plants (IS Utilities) at onsite JORDAN, started remote infrastructure operations 24×7 with 6 member team and scaled up to 40 members in a span of 6 months, developed in-house time tracking tool and implemented eSDLC methodology and process accelerators. During his stint with Convergys India, Mukund played a pivotal role in building the Project Management capabilities at the India ODC centre by independently managing 30000 hours of telecom core development features. He managed SME (Subject Matter Expert) knowledge transfer program from US to India which helped to create a huge knowledge repository. Mukund was sent on a special assignment as Project Manager “QIP (Quality improvement plan) to Sao Paulo, Brazil for a leading Telecom Service provider. Mukund was a Core team member – Balance Score Card guidelines and Lead member – CMMI L2 certification. Mukund holds Ex-MBA degree and a certified PMP from Project Management Institute, USA.
A Seasoned Sales Professional with more than 14+ years of Industry experience catering to Banking, Insurance, Technology vertical for Technology Solutions in the ASEAN region. Manish has a successful track record of selling Consulting and Professional Services across Application Development, Application Testing, Infrastructure Support Services, Cloud Enablement Services, across Banking, Manufacturing and ISV’s. Equipped with a good understanding of Technology operations for Banks as well as MNC’s, he is able to understand the nuances and workings of the Technology world pretty clearly. As an Engagement manager for many clients, he has sold and delivered Technology services across Development, Testing and Infrastructure services.
Saurabh is Delivery Manager with Accionlabs. Prior to joining Accion Labs, Saurabh built and operated enterprise level products under eCommerce, SCV, Anti – Counterfeiting and Consumer Promotion. He managed large scale projects for Reliance Big Entertainment, Gulf Oil and Asian Paints. Saurabh is backed with 9 years of experience in IT and ITES and holds Masters degree in Computer Application.
Relton has 10+ yrs experience in IT industry with emphasis on Web 2.0 technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Core Java/J2EE, BI/DW and Mobile development. With strong leadership, client communication and design skills, Relton currently manages a number of projects and client CDCs across the Accion organization.
Venu has over 17 years of software industry experience in Software Development, Delivery Management of Application Development, Maintenance and Delivery service lines with specialized focus in Media, Health Care, Manufacturing, e-Learning & Life Sciences domains.He comes with a diverse background spanning technical, service delivery, business development, project management disciplines. Venu has also played a vital role in engaging decision makers and winning sales strategies and solutions. With over 11 solid years in roles covering project and program management, Venu has handled responsibilities aligned to Budgeting, Scheduling and Quality activities ranging from 6 person week initiatives to programs of up to $5-$6 million.He has demonstrated proven capabilities in managing sizable programs and leading international, cross-divisional projects with focus on Software Development, System Integration and Deployment. Venu has also successfully managed globally distributed teams and set directions to enable development and implementation of projects.
Director - Delivery
Arvind has over 17 years of diverse experience in Leadership, Program Management, Technology and Engineering Services. He has been growing profitable operations by setting up offshore teams, building expertise in emerging technologies and Deliver quality services / products .
Arvind brings in consultancy experience, technical knowledge, expertise in handling global delivery, business development, building cohesive offshore engineering teams, managing cross functional teams, operations and able to accomplish large scale, custom developments. He has been part of CMMi Level 5 assessment, auditing and worked with various clients including SITA, Travel port, AIG, Chrysler, Honeywell, ABN AMRO, IO Data, OPTUS located in USA, Europe, Canada and APAC Region. Currently Arvind heads several accounts at Accion Labs and he is instrumental in setting up offshore teams, global delivery, operations, pre-sales activities and technical solutions.
Senior Manager - HR
Priscilla has about 9 years of experience in all gamuts of HR & Business Administration. She has a MBA degree in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations and a Bachelors degree in Commerce. She has proved her expertise with startups to large organizations.
Priscilla is responsible for all HR and Administration activities. She focuses on creating an innovative andstrong HR function and has the confidence to take well-calculated risk. She is highly skilled and effective in building positive relationships with personnel at all levels within the company and providing the highest level of service to meet the strategic needs of the Organization.
Jennifer is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations at Accion. She has more than 19 years experience in team leadership, customer service and sales training within the information technology and retail services industry. Along with her day-to-day Operations responsibilities, Jennifer utilizes her strong communications skills to be actively involved in Accion’s marketing efforts. This includes increasing awareness of our organization’s leading role in the technology sector and the building of the Accion brand. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts from Gannon University.
Director - Business Development
Nadim has over 11 years of experience in IT Solutions and Services Sales, in various geographical regions like North America, EMEA and APAC. Nadim has very strong hands on experience in IT Sales Cycle ranging from Lead Generation, Opportunity Management, Deal Closures and Account Management. Nadim has Bachelor’s Degree in Science form the Bangalore University and an MBA from the Croydon College, London. Nadim manages the Global Inside Sales Team.
Manager - Business & HR
Mahesh has about 5 years of experience as HR in IT industry. He is actively involved in processes of Talent Acquisitions, HR Activities and Operations also. He holds PGDM in HR and IT. Equipped with the knowledge of best hiring practices in IT Industry, he is currently managing all the resources for EDC Business in Accion Labs as a Business Manager. Manage resourcing forecast spreadsheets for all departments based on the timesheets. Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities as they relate to resourcing. He is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. He has played a critical role in ensuring that the best possible talent is hired in the organization and responsible for managing overall resource utilization. He has worked with several organizations like Alignbiz Technologies and Genpact.
Naveen has over 7 years of experience in Human Resource Management and Business Development. He holds MBA Degree in Human Resource and Marketing Management. He started his career as Business Development Executive with an intention of implementing learned skill sets mainly in branding and campaigning. His HR passion started with one of the best telecom infrastructure provider in India. He has been one of the key members of Accion Labs in driving HR department towards the organizational goals. He is instrumental in Talent Acquisition, Payroll Management, Employee Engagement, Change and Implementation of HR Policies and General Administration.
Director Business Development - India Accounts
Amit Gulati has 7 years experience in the Software Services and Software Products industry, across a range of functions spanning Strategic Account Management, Marketing, Strategic Alliances, Sales, Sales Operations and Resource Management in a Global Delivery environment. Amit has Bachelor Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and done Post Graduation in Business Management at Alliance Business School. He has international and cross- cultural experience with global corporations. He has been responsible for driving net new revenue in the current role at ZIETA as well as previously with DynPro India. Over the last 3 years at ZIETA, he has been managing the Strategic Account Management LoB and responsible for Business Development including building a high performance team, client interaction as well as responsibility for overall Profit / Cost Centre and business operations for Resource Management Division
