He has worked in a range of industries and built teams of up to 400 resources for large clients such as Deutsche Bank, Citibank, Symyx, SAS, Churchill Downs, Bausch, Microsoft, etc. Kinesh has deep experience in applying the best-practices of commercial software development to the enterprise space. He has co-founded two other technology services firms and has been instrumental in growing them to over 1,000 resources. Kinesh is an alumnus of DCE, IIT-Delhi & Kellogg School of Business.
Kinesh leads by example, and is personally involved in client engagements to ensure that Accion Labs values of Action and Outcome permeate through each relationship. Having been a software developer himself, he is able to easily cross over between business and technology. He has created some of the most innovative client engagement models that has helped Accion Labs quickly become one of the fastest growing companies in Pittsburgh.

Experienced in leading and managing cross-functional teams through the entire product development life cycle.
Skilled in emerging technologies, software architectures, framework design and Agile process definition. Implemented enterprise solutions as well as commercial products in domains ranging from Big Data, Business Intelligence, Graphics and Image Processing, Sound and Video Processing, Advanced Text Search and Analytics.

Tony Kernan has 20 + years of IT sales and client management experience. He has exceptional understanding of the factors governing successful client-supplier relationship and world-class experience building outcome-oriented client engagements models. Tony’s vision is to help Product/ Tech Entrepreneurs anywhere and everywhere along the Product Development Life Cycle through innovative adoption of Digital Transformation, Machine Learning and Automation best practices.
He is a Graduate of Duquesne University, life-long resident of Pittsburgh, active in coaching, mentoring, teaching throughout his career.
Anand Raja runs the Data Solutions Business focused on Big Data and other emerging technologies. In addition Anand is focused on growth on key strategic accounts.
Anand has about 20 years of experience in the Sales and Operation roles. Anand has been instrumental for growing global relations and EDC’s from inception to close to 300 member teams. Anand has been responsible for handling global accounts several of which are Fortune 50 companies like GE, HP, Agilent and others. Anand has had the unique distinction of beginning a relationship with a client in Singapore/ Malaysia advancing to the US (California), to Europe (Germany) and supporting all of the mission critical applications using global distributed teams.

Suresh Akunuri has 20+ years of diversified experience in IT Consulting, IT Services and Sales with leading organizations in Singapore and India. He has been instrumental in building and scaling business successfully in the APAC region and has a excellent track record of delivering customer-centric execution-focused solutions in the legacy, contemporary and emerging technologies. As the CEO of Accion Labs, Singapore, he oversees Accion’s operations in Singapore, Malaysia and the Middle East. Suresh has infused Accion with a range of ideas such as metrics-driven hiring, employee-friendly HR policies, enterprise account management best-practices and has led several CSR (corporate social responsibility) initiatives at Accion. Suresh holds Honors Degree in Sciences, DCPA (Diploma in Computer Programming & Applications) from (N.C.C) U.K, and (DCS) Diploma in Computer Studies.

Ramesh Narasimhan heads India operations for projects and CDL-based services for Accion Labs. In addition Ramesh also leads the mobility business for Accion Labs. Ramesh has over 15+ years experience in IT and has worked with multinational clients, building strong professional relationships with industry leaders, mentoring and grooming a highly technical team, identifying creative business models and implementing various business strategies. He has great mix of technical and business skills. He has strong leadership and Managerial Experience – managing highly technical architects, web designers and system admin. He has won many awards for performance excellence and innovation in his career. Ramesh holds an Executive Management Certificate from IIM-K, Masters Degree in Computer Applications, Bachelors in Mathematics, and is a Sun Certified Enterprise Architect.

He has been instrumental in sales, solution and delivery within all the areas of technology including cloud migration, Internet of Things (IoT), Mobility and web development resulting in multimillion dollar revenue. Shyam is able to partner with senior business leadership of high profile clients, crafting solutions that deliver business results. Driving outcome focused teams with amazing perseverance, Shaym is able to meet challenging goals and add unique delivery value to customers.

Haroon Ahmad is a results driven and innovative technology leader, specializing in the CRM and Salesforce.com technologies. He heads Infoglen, an Accion subsidiary focussed on Salesforce.com practice. Haroon has helped define and implement Salesforce/CRM strategies and roadmaps for companies like Google, Youtube and Dell, designed to empower the Sales, Marketing and Support teams to maximize their capabilities and results. He has been a key driver is implementing multiple CRM solutions to allow teams to scale, and optimize their external and internal business processes. Haroon is an Alumni of IIT Roorkee, India.

Gurudas has 27+ years of experience in the IT industry including 19 years in Tata Consultancy Services. He has worked in key leadership roles across delivery management, relationship management, pre-sales support and product implementations. He has worked with marquee customers across various domains such as Banking, Financial Services, etc.
As the founder CEO of Parinati Solutions, he has been instrumental in making a success of the Middle India (Tier 2 / 3 Indian cities) based IT Services delivery model. Gurudas is an alumnus of IIT, Madras and holds a degree in Electrical Engineering (B-Tech).

Raised in Silicon Valley and having graduated from Santa Clara University, Daniel has more than 30 years of start-up and turnaround experience. Daniel Co-Founded the 1st cosmetics company to conduct eCommerce worldwide. Having brought more than 400 consumer products to market throughout his career, Daniel’s expertise with international finance, comprehensive operations, corporate law and strategic negotiations spans the globe. His ability to monetize operations, maximize profits and leverage economies of scale with both supply chains and human resources has been a continued and proven asset. He is an efficacious leader, negotiator, strategist and profit-minded executive.
