As the Founding Partner of the Executive Leadership Team at Accion Labs, Anand has been responsible for building several key Global Geo’s, Enterprise Accounts, improving overall EBITDA, Service Lines, Value Management, and more. He has about 21 years of experience in Sales and Operation roles and runs the Data Solutions Business focused on Big Data and other emerging technologies.

In addition, Anand is focused on growth on key strategic accounts and has been instrumental in growing global relations and EDCs from inception to close to 300 member Teams. He has been responsible for handling global accounts, several of which are Fortune 50 companies like GE, HP, Agilent, and others.

Anand has had the exceptional distinction of building a client relationship in Singapore or Malaysia, progressing to the US (California), to Europe (Germany), and supporting all the mission-critical applications with globally distributed Teams. He holds a BE Degree in Electronics from Savitribai Phule Pune University.

He was co-founder and partner at Sparta Consulting, where he served as Executive Vice President and played a key role in growing the company to $100M+ in five years.

He was Vice President of Corporate Development and Global Delivery at Fujitsu Consulting, a Fortune Global 500 company. Vaibhav holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electronics and a Master’s Degree in Computer Management, both from the University of Pune.

Tribhuvan is a seasoned HR professional with over 18 years of progressive experience in top-notch global and multinational corporations, playing leadership roles and leading HR functions in diverse industry segments with wide experience in different industries such as IT, ITES, Engineering Services, Aerospace, Automotive, BFSI, and Life Sciences, having handled geographies like India, Canada (Ontario, Toronto, Montreal, and Quebec), the, USA, Europe, Japan, and the Middle East.

In his past stint, Tribhuvan has worked with Persistent Systems, where he was Head of HR for multiple business units and was instrumental in driving the people strategy for 2500 employees. Business Partner, Organizational & leadership Development, Leading Transformation, HR strategy, Succession & Talent Pipeline, Associates Engagement, Merger and Acquisition, working on large deals, BOT, etc. are some of his key strengths. Earlier, he worked with L&T Technologies as BU Head HR and Location Head at Baroda Process Industries and Mechanical Horizontal, managing around 3000 employees. Some of the other companies he has worked for are Tech Mahindra, Quest Global, and Timken Engineering & Research and Development.

Tribhuvan has a proven track record of leading and managing large business teams and working with leadership teams to deliver results. He has strong leadership skills to build and develop high-performance teams and assertive influence skills to accomplish goals through the management and collaboration of stakeholders and the trust of business partners.

He has an MBA in HR and an Executive Program in Human Resources Management from IIM Calcutta and is a certified Dale Carnegie Trainer.

Subra is the Director and CEO of the i2s group of companies, with offices in Asia Pacific and the Middle East, focusing on IBM and other emerging technologies. Prior to that, he held a leadership position at Tony Harris Business Solutions.

Subra has more than 36 years of experience in Delivery, Operations and Sales, including 22 years operating from Singapore. He has been instrumental in growing the company from day one and has been recognized by IBM as their premier partner in ASEAN countries and the UAE. i2s has close to 200 team members.

Subra has been responsible for identifying clients and expanding operations in new territories, including Africa.

Ramesh heads India operations for projects and CDL-based services at Accion Labs. In addition, Ramesh also leads the mobility business for Accion Labs. He has over 16+ years of experience in IT and has worked with multinational clients, building strong professional relationships with industry leaders, mentoring and grooming a highly technical team, identifying creative business models, and implementing various business strategies.

Ramesh has a great mix of technical and business skills. He has strong leadership and managerial experience – having managed highly Technical Architects, Web Designers, and System Administrators. He has won many awards for performance excellence and innovation in his career.

Ramesh holds an Executive Management Certificate from IIM-K, Masters Degree in Computer Applications, Bachelors in Mathematics, and is a Sun Certified Enterprise Architect.

Nitin has many years of hands-on execution and leadership experience. He is a Microsoft expert with a strong priority on the Azure platform and transformation best practices. Currently, he leads the strategy and execution of Motifworks, an Accion Group company focused on cloud transformation.

Reema is known as an agent of change in the Digital Business, Product Engineering, and Digital Transformation sectors, having dedicated over 26 years to the software industry. She holds extensive expertise in data analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, cloud services, the Internet of Things (IoT), and the Internet of Things (IIoT). She has garnered global experience as an intrapreneur, entrepreneur, board director, and C-level public officer for firms ranging from startups to Fortune 500 corporations.
Additionally, Reema was the Chief Product Officer at Teradata Corporation. Prior to that, she spent 14 years in various executive leadership positions at General Electric. She also has several prestigious business and leadership awards to her name.
Reema possesses a Master's Degree in Computer Science and Physics, specialising in nuclear physics and electronics.

As Head of Delivery for Latin America, Francisco will be responsible for leading Accion's delivery strategy in LATAM, focusing on building strong customer relationships, driving employee growth and engagement, and supporting Accion Labs to make a positive impact on the IT industries of the region. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to, employee engagement, growth, motivation and coaching, assisting project delivery in an Agile delivery model, coordinating the staffing of projects with the best possible engineers, and creating and executing a growth strategy for my team that is aligned to the goals of the company.

Francisco brings a variety of experiences from his development background, and his experience leading teams across a wide range of industries and skillsets having devoted 16 years in the IT industry. He seeks to build a high functioning and resilient organization by fostering a culture where constant and honest feedback is encouraged and psychological safety is in the DNA of its teams.
