Francisco brings a variety of experiences from his development background, and his experience leading teams across a wide range of industries and skillsets having devoted 16 years in the IT industry. He seeks to build a high functioning and resilient organization by fostering a culture where constant and honest feedback is encouraged and psychological safety is in the DNA of its teams.

Tony Kernan

Tony has over 21 years of IT sales and client management experience. He has an exceptional understanding of the factors governing a successful client-supplier relationship and world-class experience building outcome-oriented client engagement models. At Accion Labs, he leads the company's global Business Development and Engagement strategies, helping clients develop innovative IT solutions in emerging tech space including AI, ML, Cloud, Big Data, BI/DW, Open Source, Web 2.0, Mobility and Social Media.

Tony’s vision is to help Product and Tech Entrepreneurs anywhere and everywhere along the Product Development Life Cycle through innovative adoption of Digital Transformation, Machine Learning, and Automation best practices. He is a graduate of Duquesne University, a lifelong resident of Pittsburgh, and has been active in coaching, mentoring, and teaching throughout his career.

Ramesh Narasimhan

Ramesh heads India operations for projects and CDL-based services at Accion Labs. In addition, Ramesh also leads the mobility business for Accion Labs. He has over 16+ years of experience in IT and has worked with multinational clients, building strong professional relationships with industry leaders, mentoring and grooming a highly technical team, identifying creative business models, and implementing various business strategies.

Ramesh has a great mix of technical and business skills. He has strong leadership and managerial experience – having managed highly Technical Architects, Web Designers, and System Administrators. He has won many awards for performance excellence and innovation in his career.

Ramesh holds an Executive Management Certificate from IIM-K, Masters Degree in Computer Applications, Bachelors in Mathematics, and is a Sun Certified Enterprise Architect.
