Ramesh heads India operations for projects and CDL-based services at Accion Labs. In addition, Ramesh also leads the mobility business for Accion Labs. He has over 16+ years of experience in IT and has worked with multinational clients, building strong professional relationships with industry leaders, mentoring and grooming a highly technical team, identifying creative business models, and implementing various business strategies.

Ramesh has a great mix of technical and business skills. He has strong leadership and managerial experience – having managed highly Technical Architects, Web Designers, and System Administrators. He has won many awards for performance excellence and innovation in his career.

Ramesh holds an Executive Management Certificate from IIM-K, Masters Degree in Computer Applications, Bachelors in Mathematics, and is a Sun Certified Enterprise Architect.

Tony has over 21 years of IT sales and client management experience. He has an exceptional understanding of the factors governing a successful client-supplier relationship and world-class experience building outcome-oriented client engagement models. At Accion Labs, he leads the company's global Business Development and Engagement strategies, helping clients develop innovative IT solutions in emerging tech space including AI, ML, Cloud, Big Data, BI/DW, Open Source, Web 2.0, Mobility and Social Media.

Tony’s vision is to help Product and Tech Entrepreneurs anywhere and everywhere along the Product Development Life Cycle through innovative adoption of Digital Transformation, Machine Learning, and Automation best practices. He is a graduate of Duquesne University, a lifelong resident of Pittsburgh, and has been active in coaching, mentoring, and teaching throughout his career.

Mikunj heads the Healthcare and IoT Practices at Accion Labs and is focused on emerging technologies, and innovation engineering. He is a Innovation Engineering Thought Leader with experience in scaling Business Development and Sales. Furthermore, he is also experienced in building global and multi-cultural teams.

Prior to joining Accion, Mikunj held leadership roles at iolytics, Indus Ventures Angel Network, HealthEdge, and more. He received his MBA in Business Administration and Management and MS in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.

I have pursued B.Tech and MBA in Finance and Marketing which made me a technocrat academically. I have commenced my career as Financial Analyst in writing reports on broad range of financial products for JP Morgan and HSBC. This experience gave me insights into Capital Markets, Money Markets, Banking and Derivatives. I have undergone rigorous training on Salesforce as I have garnered functional konwledge on CRM as part of my marketing study in MBA. I have joined Accion Labs as QE for Salesforce as it commensurate my Salesforce technical knowledge and CRM functionals. Currently, I am working as Automation Engineer in automating Salesforce UI with Python, Selenium and OpenCafe

He has worked in a variety of businesses and established teams of up to 400 resources for significant companies, including Deutsche Bank, Citibank, Symyx, SAS, Churchill Downs, Bausch, Microsoft, etc.

Kinesh completed his MBA in Finance/Marketing from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and his M.Tech Degree in Electronics from IIT, Delhi.

Mihail is a result-oriented leader with a strong customer-oriented and consultative IT industry background spanning 26 years in the region across industry sectors of Retail, Healthcare, Aviation, Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Banking.

His expertise includes coordinating and implementing large IT&C projects, building and leading large IT&C teams, an in-depth and well-rounded understanding of the various business functions within an organization, and having a proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail. With over 16 years of experience as an executive in the Romanian IT industry, Mihail joinid in as the Country Manager at Accion Labs Romania.

Satyajit is a result-oriented leader with deep experience in R&D, Product Engineering Lifecycle, and IT services. He possesses the capacity to create and expand sizable, creative, international IT organizations with the highest levels of client satisfaction and profitability.

Prior to joining Accion, Satyajit held leadership positions at Edkal, Ness Digital Engineering, HP-Verifone, Wipro, iGate, and Tata Steel. He was instrumental in the establishment of multiple innovation labs and EDCs for enterprise and ISV customers in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Eastern Europe.

Satyajit has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering to his name.

Dwaip Chowdhury is a passionate Enterprise Architect/Engineer devoted in architecting Enterprise wide distributed cloud first products, Big Data inspired solutions while enabling others to perform their roles more effectively. At Accion Labs, he oversees the design and architecture of a number of client projects, focuses on digital transformation technologies such as ML, AI etc.

Dwaip has designed and built horizontally scalable products based on microservices architecture and polyglot persistence with AWS, Docker platform, and DBAS; distributed RESTful API services; large Big Data solutions; and web-based front-ends with Angular 6.0. He earned his BE Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata.
