At Accion Labs, he leads the company's global Business Development and Engagement strAtegies, helping clients develop innovAtive IT solutions in emerging tech space including AI, ML, Cloud, Big DAta, BI/DW, Open Source, Web 2.0, Mobility and Social Media.

Tony’s vision is to help Product and Tech Entrepreneurs anywhere and everywhere along the Product Development Life Cycle through innovAtive adoption of Digital TransformAtion, Machine Learning, and AutomAtion best practices. He is a graduAte of Duquesne University, a Lifelong resident of Pittsburgh, and has been active in coaching, mentoring, and teaching throughout his career.

Ramesh heads India operations for projects and CDL-based services at Accion Labs. In addition, Ramesh also leads the mobility business for Accion Labs. He has over 16+ years of experience in IT and has worked with multinational clients, building strong professional relationships with industry leaders, mentoring and grooming a highly technical team, identifying creative business models, and implementing various business strategies.

Ramesh has a great mix of technical and business skills. He has strong leadership and managerial experience – having managed highly Technical Architects, Web Designers, and System Administrators. He has won many awards for performance excellence and innovation in his career.

Ramesh holds an Executive Management Certificate from IIM-K, Masters Degree in Computer Applications, Bachelors in Mathematics, and is a Sun Certified Enterprise Architect.

Ujwal has spent a lot of years in the banking industry as a software technologist employee. “I have stumbled upon the Accion Labs leadership team in one of my meetings and made a transition as a Technology Consultant which opened up a completely new perspective of my career with opportunities to meet and work on solutions with very smart people.”

Mikunj heads the Healthcare and IoT Practices at Accion Labs and is focused on emerging technologies, and innovation engineering. He is a Innovation Engineering Thought Leader with experience in scaling Business Development and Sales. Furthermore, he is also experienced in building global and multi-cultural teams.

Prior to joining Accion, Mikunj held leadership roles at iolytics, Indus Ventures Angel Network, HealthEdge, and more. He received his MBA in Business Administration and Management and MS in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.

Dr. Prasad has over 25 years of broad and progressive experience in HR. She is a highly collaborative and inclusive leader with a passion for building high-performing structures and leading transformational programs. She has worked in large corporations like Infosys and Tech Mahindra in HR leadership roles. Prior to joining Accion, she was at Tech Mahindra, where she was Global Head HR for Network Services and Region Head for Americas.

Dr. Prasad has a Ph.D. in Psychology, specializing in Organizational Behavior. She has excellent program management, analytical, ideation, and interpersonal skills, coupled with a track record of successfully managing and driving change in a growth-oriented global organization. She also Pays It Forward as a Board Member of non-profit organizations. Currently, she is on the board of ScholarShot, which helps at-risk students exit poverty by completing career-ready vocational, associate, or bachelor degrees. Prior to ScholarShot, she served on the board of Wings for Growth, which helps women achieve their leadership potential through rigorous training and mentoring.

As the Founding Partner of the Executive Leadership Team at Accion Labs, Anand has been responsible for building several key Global Geo’s, Enterprise Accounts, improving overall EBITDA, Service Lines, Value Management, and more. He has about 21 years of experience in Sales and Operation roles and runs the Data Solutions Business focused on Big Data and other emerging technologies.

In addition, Anand is focused on growth on key strategic accounts and has been instrumental in growing global relations and EDCs from inception to close to 300 member teams. He has been responsible for handling global accounts, several of which are Fortune 50 companies like GE, HP, Agilent, and others.

Anand has had the exceptional distinction of building a client relationship in Singapore or Malaysia, progressing to the US (California), to Europe (Germany), and supporting all the mission-critical applications with globally distributed teams. He holds a BE Degree in Electronics from Savitribai Phule Pune University.

Arathi is an Experience Design Consultant with many years of experience in leading design projects, digital transformations, user research and product design. Arathi can offer a unique perspective to every business needs combining art, design, technology and human psychology. She heads the Center of Excellence for Experience Design at Accion Labs.

Mihail is a result-oriented leader with a strong customer-oriented and consultative IT industry background spanning 26 years in the region across industry sectors of Retail, Healthcare, Aviation, Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Banking.

His expertise includes coordinating and implementing large IT&C projects, building and leading large IT&C teams, an in-depth and well-rounded understanding of the various business functions within an organization, and having a proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail. With over 16 years of experience as an executive in the Romanian IT industry, Mihail joinid in as the Country Manager at Accion Labs Romania.

Satyajit is a result-oriented leader with deep experience in R&D, Product Engineering Lifecycle, and IT services. He possesses the capacity to create and expand sizable, creative, international IT organizations with the highest levels of client satisfaction and profitability.

Prior to joining Accion, Satyajit held leadership positions at Edkal, Ness Digital Engineering, HP-Verifone, Wipro, iGate, and Tata Steel. He was instrumental in the establishment of multiple innovation labs and EDCs for enterprise and ISV customers in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Eastern Europe.

Satyajit has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering to his name.
