Tony Kernan

Tony has over 21 years of IT sales and client management experience. He has an exceptional understanding of the factors governing a successful client-supplier relationship and world-class experience building outcome-oriented client Engagement models. At Accion Labs, he leads the company's global Business Development and Engagement strategies, helping clients develop innovative IT solutions in emerging tech space including AI, ML, Cloud, Big Data, BI/DW, Open Source, Web 2.0, Mobility and Social Media.

Tony’s vision is to help Product and Tech Entrepreneurs anywhere and everywhere along the Product Development Life Cycle through innovative adoption of Digital Transformation, Machine Learning, and Automation best practices. He is a graduate of Duquesne University, a lifelong resident of Pittsburgh, and has been active in coaching, mentoring, and teaching throughout his career.

Francisco Gonzalez

As Head of Delivery for Latin America, Francisco will be responsible for leading Accion's delivery strategy in LATAM, focusing on building strong customer relationships, driving employee growth and engagement, and supporting Accion Labs to make a positive impact on the IT industries of the region. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to, employee engagement, growth, motivation and coaching, assisting project delivery in an Agile delivery model, coordinating the staffing of projects with the best possible engineers, and creating and executing a growth strategy for my team that is aligned to the goals of the company.

Francisco brings a variety of experiences from his development background, and his experience leading teams across a wide range of industries and skillsets having devoted 16 years in the IT industry. He seeks to build a high functioning and resilient organization by fostering a culture where constant and honest feedback is encouraged and psychological safety is in the DNA of its teams.

She has expanded Accion's presence across a diversity of industry sectors, including healthcare, retail, high-tech, etc. She enjoys taking on new challenges and oversees Accion Malaysia's overall strategy, client engagement, and solution consulting, all while building and leading high-performance teams.
